LTC is the first casino to open its doors in Cyprus. The building covers 4600m² in a refurbished retail space and it was planned to be delivered in only six months from its construction start date. SEAMLEXITY undertook a 3D coordination study involving all the projects’ elements including architectural, MEP services, structural, interior and AV equipment to ensure a seamless construction process, eliminating clashes and errors at site. Our team used custom-built algorithms to detect clashes and to precisely set-out the required elements and equipment.
